The ideal candidate should possess relevant technical knowledge and experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • The role supports the Inside Sales process to ensure accurate commercial handling of customer requests.
  • Responsibilities include sending quotations, answering enquiries professionally and timely, and ensuring all documentation is complete for handover to Operations.
  • The candidate must be able to perform one week of evening shift and weekend/public holiday duty once a month.
