Job Summary
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation, validation, and payment of sales incentives across assigned Asia countries.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and ensure full compliance with quality controls, governance frameworks, and corporate policies.
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Data Enablement, and Payroll teams to coordinate and execute all activities related to incentive planning and payout processes.
