The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, transporting residents, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
