Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage deep operational knowledge in an industry-leading training environment within the Gulf Coast region.
The successful candidate will deliver IADC-accredited well control training across Levels 2–4 using advanced simulation technology alongside classroom instruction.
You will collaborate with Operations, HSE, and commercial teams to align training with customer and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
IADC Well Sharp accreditation Levels 1-4
5-7 years operational drilling experience
Classroom and simulator training delivery
Nice-to-have
Crew Resource Management instructor experience
Spanish language proficiency
Familiarity with drilling simulator platforms
