Apollo offers a competitive base salary range of $140,000 – $205,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance.

Must-have
6+ years U.S. employment tax experience
Equity compensation tax expertise RSUs
International employee mobility tax knowledge
New York State residency rule proficiency
Shadow payroll and withholding management
Nice-to-have
Experience in alternative asset management industry
Familiarity with carried interest structures
Working fluency with AI tools like Copilot
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to drive projects independently
Key Requirements
6+ years in U.S. employment or executive compensation tax
CPA or US Enrolled Agent certification preferred
Big 4 firm or financial services in-house experience required
