Job Summary
JLL Capital Markets supports the sale and acquisition of all commercial real estate, including offices, residential, logistics, retail, and alternative real estate such as data centers.
In this position, you will be responsible for business development and promotion to acquire equity advisory deals (JV, recapitalization, M&A, fund placement) as a member of the JLL Japan Equity Advisory team.
This position offers the opportunity to experience the launch of new businesses within JLL and engage in new business for real estate investment development beyond traditional brokerage.
