Job Summary

  • Handle the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve Sales Order-related issues and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies.
  • Contribute to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Operations Close, including journal entries and reconciliations, and assist with supplemental reporting for Senior Management.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Financial Operations / Revenue Operations
  • Accounting/Finance or business degree preferred
  • Strong digital literacy, especially in Excel
  • SFDC (SalesforceDotCom) experience highly preferred
  • SaaS-based industry experience is a plus
  • Zuora RevPro experience is a major plus
  • High attention to detail, accurate and organized
  • Proven track record for creating process efficiencies and solving problems
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
