Job Summary
Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams to build trusted advisor status and design/lead the annual delivery of the organization's People Plan agenda.
Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities within the team's current people management structure to improve organizational health metrics and support new and experienced people managers.
Utilize AI tools and LLMs to build enablement workflows, such as generating personalized manager coaching briefs and creating AI-assisted manager readiness diagnostics.
