Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Maintain HVAC systems in large facilities
  • Work with pneumatic and electronic controls
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections
  • Respond to emergency service calls

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare facility operations
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years troubleshooting refrigeration equipment
  • EPA Universal Certification or equivalent
  • Experience in large commercial or institutional facilities
  • Proven HVAC electrical component repair skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
