The Construction Manager is responsible for performing detailed planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects on a large chemical and manufacturing plant.
They will prepare bid packages for subcontract work and ensure work is executed in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets, as well as corporate and client expectations.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in industrial construction
Previous experience in civil, structural and architectural work
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field highly desired
