Job Summary

  • This position provides assistance with the maintenance of all Crossroads Residential Services buildings exterior, interior and the surrounding grounds as well as Beaver Creek Camp and Saskatoon Temple.
  • The incumbent will perform a wide range of skilled mechanical preventative maintenance tasks and building repair work; perform general upkeep of the external property; and provide required sanitation and cleaning.
  • The incumbent is part of a team responsible for the provision of a safe and comfortable building environment for all clients and staff.

Key Requirements

  • Satisfactory Police Information Check

  • Standard First Aid/Level A or C CPR
  • WHMIS training
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in building operations
  • Approximately 6 months of experience in custodial duties
  • Ability to use computers and related technology
