Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BACP/IACP accreditation level qualification
  • Current membership in BACP, IACP, UKCP, or HCPC
  • Training in Psychological First Aid
  • Experience delivering on-site trauma support
  • Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites

Nice-to-have

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Training in Critical Incident Stress Management
  • Experience working with PTSD clients
  • Ability to act professionally on site

Key Requirements

  • Counselling qualification to BACP/IACP accreditation level
  • Current professional body membership (BACP, IACP, UKCP, HCPC)
  • Professional indemnity insurance minimum £1,000,000
  • Minimum 3 years' experience desirable
