The Document Delivery Technician screens incoming requests, verifies, retrieves, scans, and electronically delivers locally owned physical and digital documents.
This position is cross-trained in and assists with Lending and Borrowing workflows, routes requests, and provides patron service in the Interlibrary Loan office.

Minimum salary: $37,400; Benefits: university contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.

Key Requirements
