Job Summary

  • Provide full administrative support to the team in the office and coordinate with the offshore PDS Business Support team for designated tasks.
  • Organise and coordinate internal team meetings, prepare meeting materials, and distribute meeting minutes and action item summaries.
  • Process Purchase Orders, maintain Salesforce opportunity data, and assist with financial reporting and reconciliation.
