Responsible for the day-to-day management activities in the rehabilitation department of an assigned facility or facilities.
The Rehab Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of new programs to meet the needs of the facility and the residents and is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties.
Ensures that services delivered are of the highest quality and meet all standards of practice.
