Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the bank's critical technology infrastructure while resolving complex technical issues with minimal operational disruption.
  • The position requires strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and Apple ecosystems to support Front Office and client-facing employees both remotely and in-person.
  • As an Assistant Vice President level role, the incumbent will lead collaborative assignments, coach employees, and influence decision-making to drive operational effectiveness.
