Job Summary

• Amazon is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to partner with site level operations teams to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations.
• Leveraging lean principles and Kaizen events, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in Amazon’s processes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for our associates.
• You will be responsible for developing a team of safety managers and safety professionals at your designated site and judging and assessing safety talent to select appropriate bench strength for current and future business needs.
