Job Summary

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to address employee relations matters, strengthen manager capability, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Lead and/or support impartial workplace investigations (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, code of conduct), including planning, interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations.
  • Develop and drive proactive ER strategies (trend analysis, root cause, preventative action plans) to strengthen engagement and reduce repeat issues.
