Job Summary
Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to address employee relations matters, strengthen manager capability, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
Lead and/or support impartial workplace investigations (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, code of conduct), including planning, interviews, documentation, findings, and recommendations.
Develop and drive proactive ER strategies (trend analysis, root cause, preventative action plans) to strengthen engagement and reduce repeat issues.
