Key Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • High School equivalent education level
  • Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability
  • Proven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns
  • Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to set goals and set up plans
  • Proven ability to work as a part of a team
