Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide information, guidance and assistance to customers seeking employment and employers seeking workers through programs administered by the Department of Commerce, Division of Workforce Solutions (DWS) and local Workforce Development boards in a local career center environment.
  • Responsibilities include delivering employment services, job training, limited unemployment insurance services, and labor market information to customers and employers.
