Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Previous corporate dining, catering, or restaurant experience
Strong understanding of inventory management
Familiar with culinary operations
Experience with financial reporting
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
Ability to work in an open aired environment
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
Must be able to stand for extended hours
Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
