The successful candidate will aggregate data from HR, Finance, and Recruiting to produce accurate monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
Candidates must be able to transform raw workforce data into compelling narratives and high-visibility presentations for senior executives.

Salary
Base: $120,800 - $137,900 (McLean, VA); Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits included.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree or military experience
3+ years of project management experience
International vendor management in software engineering
Risk management in technical contexts
Synthesizing complex data for executive presentations
Nice-to-have
Masters degree or MBA

Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams
