Must-have
10+ years experience in Payroll and Stock Administration
Deep functional knowledge of global payroll operations
Proven experience deploying Workday HCM and Payroll
Understanding of equity-based compensation accounting and tax
Ability to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
Nice-to-have
CPP, CEP, or CPA designation preferred
Passion for being a Workday power user
Track record leading teams through digital shifts

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
