You will support Global Category Managers in the execution of their regional and global sourcing events, leading project execution for assigned events using defined strategic sourcing methodologies.
You will develop effective and trusting relationships with Business Partners to ensure successful project delivery and participate in the development and execution of contracts.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in Category Management within Global Sourcing & Procurement, with a proven track record of driving strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Post-Secondary education
Minimum 4 years strategic sourcing, procurement or related experience
Knowledge of RFx requirements
Understanding of basic negotiation principles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of procurement/sourcing systems and Microsoft Suite
