Maintain and execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical asset.
Maintenance Supervisors are eligible for a monthly renewal bonus program, quarterly performance bonuses, and quarterly resident satisfaction bonuses in addition to their hourly compensation.

Key Requirements
High School or GED equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade
