Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve complex network issues including wireless, security, switching, and IoT across the Meraki portfolio.
  • Candidates must be located near the Mexico City office and available to work onsite 2-3 days a week on a rotational schedule including weekends.

  • Proficiency in Cisco Meraki products and ecosystem

  • Experience reading packet captures with Wireshark
  • Knowledge of Linux console commands

Key Requirements

  • Must be commutable to Cisco Mexico City office
