Job Summary
This role is part of Cisco's Customer Experience organization, delivering 24/7 global support using powerful AI tools.
The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve complex network issues including wireless, security, switching, and IoT across the Meraki portfolio.
Candidates must be located near the Mexico City office and available to work onsite 2-3 days a week on a rotational schedule including weekends.

Knowledge of Linux console commands
