Job Summary

  • As part of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you’ll work with talented associates to drive teams and technologies across the company to meet our rigorous standards around risks, controls, issues, events, and risk assessments.
  • The Adherence Monitoring team within ERM is focused on developing tools and monitoring of all of our risk management processes to ensure our company effectively manages business objectives and satisfies regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of professionals to advise and consult key partners to drive effective risk identification, assessment, and disposition.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of Financial Services experience
  • At least 6 years of Risk Management experience
  • At least 2 years of People Management experience
  • Masters Degree (preferred)
  • 7+ years of Financial Services risk management experience (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Project or Process Management (preferred)
  • 5+ years of internal strategy or management consulting experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of people management experience (preferred)
