Job Summary
The Manager Digital Marketing - Email is responsible for leading and executing the Republic Services email marketing and digital lead management strategy through use of marketing automation technology.
This role involves developing and implementing email campaigns and customer journeys, monitoring and optimizing performance, evaluating and improving digital lead processes and identifying new opportunities to advance the Company’s objectives through email marketing, marketing automation and digital lead management.

Key Requirements
5 years of experience in Marketing
3 years of experience in Email Marketing
3 years of leading and directing cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, Marketo, or Eloqua
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Excellent analytical skills with email marketing platforms
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and personalization
Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
Relevant Salesforce (SFDC) certifications are a plus
