The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds, along with the ability to work in a calm environment that promotes resident comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and safety policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant certification
