• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in transportation and municipal engineering
• PEO or OACETT registered
• MTO T131 course completion
• Knowledge of MTO CAITM
• Proven success in managing large projects
• Proven success in managing a team
