  • Responsible for supervision and implementation of the work plan related to food preparation for participants in the Healthy Dinner Program, carrying out menu preparation according to established health standards.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, equipment, and work surfaces to ensure safe and hygienic food handling practices.
  • Maintain inventories of food and equipment, as well as their corresponding records, and manage and report active inventory.
