Responsible for supervision and implementation of the work plan related to food preparation for participants in the Healthy Dinner Program, carrying out menu preparation according to established health standards.
Inspect and clean food preparation areas, equipment, and work surfaces to ensure safe and hygienic food handling practices.
Maintain inventories of food and equipment, as well as their corresponding records, and manage and report active inventory.
