Must-have

  • 7+ years leadership in sales distribution
  • P&L management and budgeting experience
  • Strong knowledge of trucking and freight optimization
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and C-TPAT compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing union and non-union workforces
  • Proven track record in cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals
