Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and/or automation
  • Minimum 3 years in a management/leadership capacity
  • Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • 20% travel requirements
