Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and/or automation
Minimum 3 years in a management/leadership capacity
Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
