Base: $172,500 - $306,625 annually; California Base: $211,800 - $306,625; Equity: Eligible for new hire equity award

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years in data engineering or ML infrastructure
  • Experience building RAG pipelines
  • Strong Python and ML skills
  • Proficiency with vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone
  • Familiarity with embedding models and document indexing

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of graph databases like Neo4j
  • Experience optimizing retrieval for LLMs
  • Background in IR/NLP or Cognitive Computing
  • Familiarity with MLOps tooling like Airflow and dbt

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in data engineering, ML infrastructure, or information retrieval
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
