Key Requirements
Degree in Technical or Engineering discipline
More than 10 years experience in process industry
Technical insight in oil refining or chemical industry
Experience as Project Director or Senior Project Manager
Experience leading local and global matrix organizations
Proven risk assurance and quality management skills
Knowledge of project controls including cost and schedule
