Job Summary
This role serves as a sparring partner for senior management to drive strategic decision-making within the Global CTO Finance organization.
The position involves designing and delivering financial reports through Quarterly Performance Reviews, bi-annual Strategic Dialogues, and Monthly Analysis.
Candidates will gain exposure to senior leaders while working on initiatives that enable ING's ambition to become a leading digital bank.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years FP&A or finance advisory experience
Advanced Excel, Power BI, DAX, SQL proficiency
Quarterly Performance Review and Dynamic Planning expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience in Wholesale Banking sector
Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1
Passion for automation and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
5-8 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
