Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years HR Business Partner experience
Employee relations and investigations expertise
Performance management and talent development
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday or UKG
Nice-to-have
Experience in the entertainment industry
Strong data analysis and trend identification skills
Advanced degree in Business or Psychology
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
BA/BS Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred
5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
