Job Summary

  • Continually seeks, in consultation with departmental faculty and Program Director, new and innovative measures to improve or enhance instructional capabilities and procedures.
  • Provides up-to-date knowledge and materials as well as collects data for students to employ to become registered practitioners.
  • Ensures the coordination of curriculum delivery to include planning/assessment for meeting the needs of the HIT students as deemed by the CAHIIM and AHIMA goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) with RHIA credential
  • Two years related experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Community college teaching experience preferred
