Job Summary
The Tax Credit Allocation Officer II is responsible for the completion and/or review of Carryovers, Indenture of Restrictive Covenants, Carryover/10% tests, and Cost Certification packages.
This role requires becoming well versed on Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, its amendments, and Treasury Department regulations.
The position involves reviewing awarded Tax Credit applications, verifying documentation, determining eligible basis and tax credits, and ensuring continued compliance with agency guidelines and federal regulations.
