Assists the nursing staff in the provision of basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, including personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and mobility.
Maintains a safe and clean environment and may be required to transport medications as authorized by Pharmacy Services.
Observes, collects, documents, and reports patient data such as intake and output, vital signs, and weights.
