Job Summary

  • As a Building Engineer supporting BlackRock's critical infrastructure in Atlanta, you'll be at the heart of maintaining and operating sophisticated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems that keep mission-critical facilities running seamlessly.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Preventive Maintenance tickets within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS – Corrigo) to ensure all activities meet or exceed service level agreements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience in building engineering management
  • Demonstrated experience supervising multi-skilled building services maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of mission-critical cooling systems
  • Working knowledge of Electrical/Arc Flash Safety standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, AutoCAD
  • Physical ability to operate electric hand tools
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to alarms 24/7/365
