Must-have

  • Experience with aircraft or spacecraft structures
  • Knowledge of GD&T and mechanical design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Creo or CATIA V5)
  • Ability to translate engineering intent into manufacturing plans
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience building flight hardware
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification
  • Experience with launch vehicle or satellite production
  • Customer-focused collaboration across large geographic distances

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status required
  • Background check including DBIDS if on military installation
  • 0-3 years experience for Level I, 3+ for Level II, 5+ for Level III, 8+ for Sr Level
