This role leads UX and UI design across the instrument cluster, center display, HUD, steering wheel controls, ambient/lighting behaviors, and connected experiences, from early vision through production execution

Job Summary

  • This role leads UX and UI design across the instrument cluster, center display, HUD, steering wheel controls, ambient/lighting behaviors, and connected experiences, from early vision through production execution.
  • You will work closely with Interior Design, UX Research, CMF, Studio Engineering, ADAS/AV, Infotainment, Product Planning, and JV partner SGM SDB teams to translate customer insights, brand strategy, and technology roadmaps into cohesive cockpit and digital experiences tailored for China.
  • Mentor junior UX/UI and HMI designers, providing day-to-day feedback, craft coaching, and best practices on interaction, visual design, and specification quality.
