The US Ophthalmology team is committed to transforming the lives of patients living with diabetic macular edema (DME) and neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
Key responsibilities include developing and operationalizing launch execution plans, driving launch readiness for field sales, and developing and owning the HCP engagement plan.
The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
Minimum 4 years strategic U.S. HCP marketing or U.S. Field Sales experience
Excellent project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to drive sales execution and deliver on KPIs
