Job Summary

  • As a Senior Performance Lead, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to your Technology and Crew General Managers, working with business delivery teams to provide effective delivery oversight and manage governance rhythms.
  • You will be responsible for orchestrating the annual and quarterly planning cycle, tracking and reporting progress against objectives, and developing a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew.
  • The role involves analyzing complex data, providing meaningful insights and recommendations, managing high complexity and change, and ensuring crew adoption of the Group's delivery framework.
