Job Summary
As a Senior Performance Lead, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor to your Technology and Crew General Managers, working with business delivery teams to provide effective delivery oversight and manage governance rhythms.
You will be responsible for orchestrating the annual and quarterly planning cycle, tracking and reporting progress against objectives, and developing a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew.
The role involves analyzing complex data, providing meaningful insights and recommendations, managing high complexity and change, and ensuring crew adoption of the Group's delivery framework.
