Job Summary

  • Serve as the functional digital lead for Time & Attendance & Payroll within the S/4 transformation program, partnering with Finance, RTX Business Units & HR/Payroll.
  • Own the end-to-end digital solution architecture supporting Time Evaluation, Payroll and Timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing, time capture, compliance, and financial integration.
