Lead a team of HSE specialists to improve Health, Safety and environmental (HSE) performance and ensure an exemplary health and safety culture.
Support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge, facilitating support from Hub, BU and CoE, and ensuring effective risk management.
Drive behavioral change through implementing Group-wide performance improvement programs and engaging stakeholders to report on HSE efforts and performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical/ mechanical environmental engineering
Full time Safety course (at least 1 year)
NEBOSH preferred
OSHA training program completion
10-12 years working in HSE field
Strong technical knowledge in construction activities
Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications
Ability to Audit and Incident Reporting
In depth knowledge of country legislation and procedures
