Deep understanding of Claims workflows FNOL coverage
Proven delivery of AI or GenAI solutions in production
Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog management
Experience working with cross-functional global teams

Exposure to LLM-based solutions and prompt workflows
Familiarity with OneClaim or core claims platforms
Background in process re-engineering and operating model design
Working knowledge of data concepts metadata lineage
