Must-have
12+ years delivering full-stack solutions
5+ years leading technical teams
Managing complex software and systems projects
Experience with SDLC and systems engineering
Matrixed environment influence without authority

Leading cross-disciplinary AI and cloud programs
Standing up new organizational functions from scratch
Background in national security space systems
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Formal PMP or PgMP credentials
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or STEM
Ability to obtain and maintain US government security clearance
Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10%
