Manage the annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning process and communication for assigned clients, while leading, mentoring, and developing compensation team members.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation
People management experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar
Experience in global or international compensation
